The White Sox returned home Monday Night after a great road trip in which they won six of nine and showed glimpses of what was expected of them before the season began. Colby Lewis and the Texas Rangers spoiled the start of the seven game home stand with a 4-0 victory over the White Sox at a Chilly US Cellular Field Monday evening.

Lewis was the major story of the night. The right hander pitched a complete game shutout and allowed only 5 hits. The Rangers scored a pair of runs in the third and sixth innings off Edwin Jackson which was more than enough run support for Lewis.

Jackson took the loss dropping his record to 3-5 on the season. Lewis won his third game in a row and improved his record to 4-4.

The White Sox will look to earn a split of the two game series on Tuesday evening.
