The Mississippi St. Bulldogs are favored by 1.5-points over the Northwestern Wildcats in the 2013 Gator Bowl. The line opened with Mississippi State favored by 2.5-points, but has since shifted in Northwestern's favor.
The Bulldogs enter the game having lose four of their last games to Ole Miss, LSU, Texas A&M and Alabama to finish the regular season. Mississippi State finished the season with an 8-4 record.
Northwestern finished the season with a 9-3 record and approach the Gator Bowl after winning two games in a row over Michigan State and Illinois. The Wildcats are averaging 230.9 rushing yards per game, which is the 14th most in the country.
