Northwestern will look to bounce back after last week`s loss when they host Iowa at home this Saturday at 12:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The Wildcats are favored by six points over the Hawkeyes at home.
Northwestern gave up a 12-point fourth quarter lead to Nebraska last Saturday, eventually losing to the Cornhuskers 29-28 at home to fall to 6-2 for the season and 2-2 in conference play. The Wildcats trail 3-0 Michigan for the lead in the Big 10 Legends division.
Northwestern will play two straight on the road versus No. 22 Michigan and Michigan State after this Saturday.
Iowa is 4-3 on the season and 2-1 in conference play after losing 38-14 to Penn State last Saturday. Iowa also trails Michigan in the Legends division and is one loss ahead of Northwestern in the standings.
Iowa snapped a three-game losing streak to Northwestern in 2011 by defeating the Wildcats 41-31 at home in Iowa City.
