Northwestern has had absolutely no trouble dispensing with the visitors from Mississippi Valley State, as they've rolled to a 59-21 lead on the strength of 12-19 shooting from beyond the three-point arc. They've also made 10 of 13 two-point attempts and 22 of 32 shots overall. That's a shooting pace that's tough to match for anybody, and the 1-6 Delta Devils had little hope of doing so.
MVSU shot just 24.1% in the first half. Paul Crosby leads MVSU with 11 points on 4-12 shooting.
Drew Crawford leads the Wildcats with 14 points on 4-5 shooting from outside, while Reggie Hearn has 12 points and hit a pair of threes. Luka Mirkovic also reached double digits in the first half for Northwestern.
