College Basketball Odds: Is The Big Ten A Safe Bet?

The betting site Bodog has released its first odds for the 2011 college basketball season, and the Big Ten Conference covers the gamut of betting experiences.

First, there is the Ohio St. Buckeyes, ranked 3rd in the preseason AP college basketball rankings, with 15/2 odds -- if betting odds could predict championships, that would be a 13% chance at a big fancy banner.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, there's the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Penn State Nittany Lions who sare 150/1 odds -- the kind of odds that make you wish for Marty McFly's sports almanac.
