Persa Gets In On The Scoring Action As Wildcats Are Now Leading The Hoosiers 31-14

Defense is apparently optional in this game. The Indiana Hoosiers (1-7) are having serious trouble slowing down the high-powered Northwestern (2-5) offense, as the Wildcats have rolled up 31 points and over 300 yards so far. Northwestern QBs Dan Persa and Kain Colter have both thrown TD passes against a seemingly over-matched IU secondary. TE Drake Dunsmore has been nearly unstoppable in the early action, producing 4 receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown before halftime.

Meanwhile, the Hoosiers can't be stopped on the ground. They have already racked up 140 yards and two TDs rushing on 20 carries. The two teams have combined for 45 points in just over 1 1/2 quarters of football, so if you like scoring make sure to tune in to the Big Ten Network now.
