Notre Dame junior cornerback Lo Wood has suffered a season-ending Achilles injury, according to multiple reports.
Wood recorded six tackles and one interception, which was returned for a touchdown, as a sophomore last season, but was the presumtive starter entering 2012. The Florida native was a three-star recruit coming out of high school in 2009.
Presumptive starting corner Lo Wood suffered a season-ending Achilles injury on Monday with surgery expected later this week, per a source.
