The Northwestern Wildcats (8-3, 4-3) host the Illinois Fighting Illini (2-9, 0-7) on Saturday at Ryan Field to complete Big Ten regular season play for both teams.

Northwestern has been unable to string two wins together so far during conference play, but will try for their second consecutive victory after holding on to beat the Michigan State Spartans this past Saturday. Northwestern is playing for post-season positioning and a strong bowl bid as they remain locked in third place in the Big Ten's Legends Division.

The Fighting Illini are simply looking to upset Northwestern to collect their first Big Ten win of the season and finish the year on a positive note. Illinois suffered a disappointing 20-17 loss last weekend at home to Purdue. Illinois continues to struggle on offense, heading into Saturday's game ranked last in the Big Ten in points scored and yards per game.

Northwestern is favored to win the game by 19 points.

The game will kick off on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. CT and will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
