Super Bowl Recipes: Maxwell Street Polish Sausage An Easy Option At Home

To offer up 2012 Super Bowl recipes on a Chicago regional site and not include a recipe for Maxwell Street Polish recipe would be a shame, so consider this a fulfillment of strong local traditions. If you like Polish sausage, grilled onions, sport peppers and yellow mustard, then this is the dish for you on Super Bowl Sunday.
