The Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl will feature two teams that will be ready for this season to end, as Illinois will take on UCLA. Both programs are searching for a new head coach and both are coming off seasons that can only be classified as disappointing.
This bowl began in 2002, with Virginia Tech knocking off Air Force in the inaugural game. Since its debut, the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl has featured some of the most storied programs in the country, with USC, Florida St. and the Hokies all earning victories.
In the 2010 edition, Nevada capped off a magical season with a 20-13 victory over Boston College. The win helped propel the Wolfpack to a 13-1 record. Rishard Matthews earned Most Valuable Player after recording 161 all-purpose yards.
