White Sox Vs. Angels Preview: Chicago Looks To Rebound From 6-2 Loss Friday

The White Sox have lost three straight, including a 6-2 defeat at the hands of host Anaheim Friday night.

A big part of that loss and their losing streak, is their inability to drive in runners. Chicago (81-69) has left 28 men on base in the past four games, and is 3-for-30 with runners in scoring position over the same stretch.

With Detroit gaining ground on the AL Central-leading White Sox, they'll look to break out against Angels starter Dan Haren (11-11, 4.41 ERA) in the second of their three-game series in Anaheim.

Haren has won three of his last four decisions, not allowing more than three earned runs in any of those starts.

The White Sox will counter with rookie Jose Quintana (6-4, 3.69 ERA), who is making his first career start against the Angels. First pitch is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. CT at Angels Stadium of Anaheim.
