White Sox Vs. Royals Lineups: Chicago 1B Paul Konerko Out With Sore Back

Paul Konerko is out of the lineup for the Chicago White Sox on Thursday night as he deals with a sore back, according to the Chicago Tribune's Mark Gonzalez. Adam Dunn will move to first base, while Dan Johnson is in as the designated hitter as the Sox go for a series victory over the Kansas City Royals.

Konerko is expected to be back in the lineup on Friday, per Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times.
