The Chicago White Sox welcome the Seattle Mariners to town Friday night for the beginning of a three game weekend series.
Jason Vargas, who is 13-8 with a 3.53 ERA in 26 starts this season, takes the mound for the Mariners, while Chicago will send Jake Peavy, who brings his 9-9 record and 3.11 ERA to the hill for the White Sox.
