The Chicago White Sox (38-35), holding on to a tenuous 0.5 game lead in the AL Central division, will square up against RHP Liam Hendriks and the last-place Minnesota Twins (30-42).
Hendriks is still searching for his first major league win, and understandably so. The 23-year-old rookie has a 7.39 ERA and 6.77 FIP through his 6 starts in the 2012 season. He has struggled primarily with the home run ball, despite showing otherwise strong command and walking very few batters.
Aiming to take advantage of Hendriks' struggles will be the potent White Sox lineup, which again features newly-acquired 3B Kevin Youkilis batting second:
