At first base, Adam Dunn is getting the start as Paul Konerko gets a day off, and Eduardo Escobar is getting the start at shortstop in place of Alexei Ramirez. Brent Lillibridge is getting the nod at third base in place of Orlando Hudson, who hasn't really bounce back offensively from struggles than began in San Diego.
