After announcing a lineup that had Adam Dunn starting in left field, the Chicago White Sox have since announced that Dunn is sitting out and usual starter Dayan Viciedo is playing in left tonight against the St. Louis Cardinals.

As the White Sox's left fielder on Tuesday, Dunn hit a home run to help power Chicago to a victory in Busch Stadium, but Viciedo is getting the nod on Wednesday. It doesn't appear that Dunn has a significant injury, but they're just giving their starting DH a day off to avoid worsening things.

2. Gordon Beckham (2B)
3. Dayan Viciedo (LF)
4. Paul Konerko (1B)
5. Alex Rios (RF)
6. A.J. Pierzynski (C)
7. Alexei Ramirez (SS)
8. Orlando Hudson (3B)
9. Jake Peavy (SP)
And the Cardinals' lineup:
