The Chicago White Sox (33-26) prepare for their series finale against the Houston Astros (25-34), sending SP Philip Humber to the mound against SP Lucas Harrell.
Since pitching a perfect game on April 21 against Seattle, Humber has struggled mightily with his control. The 29-year-old righty has seen his ERA balloon to a 5.68 mark with a 4.91 FIP behind it. In his most recent start, Humber allowed 5 earned runs to Toronto on 4 walks, 2 homers and only 3 strikeouts.
Opposing Humber will be former White Sox farmhand Lucas Harrell (4.70 ERA, 4.42 FIP), who has yet to translate his considerable minore league success into major league production.
Game Time: 1:10 p.m. CDT, Sunday, June 6
Location: U.S. Cellular Field
Broadcast: CSN (television), WSCR 670 AM (radio)
