2012 MLB Standings: Hot-Hitting White Sox Pull To Within A Half Game Of Cleveland

The Chicago White Sox have won five games in a row, and they absolutely pulverized Cleveland Indians pitching over the weekend en route to a three-game sweep. The White Sox have scored at least nine runs in each of their last four games.

The sweep of the Indians has brought the Sox to within a half game of first place in the American League Central. Here are the full division standings as of Monday morning:

1. Cleveland (26-21)
2. Chicago (26-22)
3. Detroit (23-24)
4. Kansas City (19-27)
5. Minnesota (15-32)

The White Sox hit the road to begin a three-game set in Tampa Bay on Monday afternoon.
