The Chicago White Sox have already experienced pitching history this season, with Philip Humber throwing a perfect game earlier this season against the Seattle Mariners. However, the White Sox could be in for another historical night, as they lead 4-0 and John Danks is perfect through four innings against the Cubs.
Dayan Viciedo has provided the majority of the offense for the White Sox, as he has two hits, including a home run, and three RBI's through four innings. A.J. Pierzynski also has hit a home run to help peg the White Sox to the early lead.
Danks, who struggled mightily in his last start, has kept the Cubs lineup on its toes. Danks has been very inconsistent this season, allowing at least four earned runs in five of his starts. However, he seems to have found his command early against the Cubs.
