White Sox Roster 2012: Gordon Beckham And Brent Morel Won't Be Benched Just Yet

Both Brent Morel and Gordon Beckham have struggled at the plate this season, and while White Sox manager Robin Ventura isn't ready to take them out of the lineup yet, he acknowledges that if those two continue to underperform, something is going to have to be done.

"Eventually you probably have to do something," Ventura said Tuesday when asked about the unproductive bottom third of the Sox's batting order. "Right now I'm believing what I see and talking to them. I want to know what they're thinking too. I'm still confident they're going to perform.

"But eventually it gets to the point where you would have to make a move if it would stay like that. But right now I'm not going to do that."
