VIDEO: White Sox Continue Proud Tradition Of Fans On The Field

Thank goodness for the Internet. Without it, only about 5,000 people would have seen the most adorable display of streaking in sports history today at U.S. Cellular Field.

In front of a packed house hardly anyone, a young White Sox fan ran across the field on Thursday as the South Siders hosted the Orioles. Given Chicago's swing-and-a-miss offense (yes, that would be 16 strikeouts for the Sox today), it's safe to say it was the most exciting thing that happened all afternoon. Left fielder Dayan Viciedo would grab the little squirt and carry him to security. Thankfully, no one was tased, bro. This guy is lucky he didn't try this in Philly.

Check out the video after the jump, courteous of our friends at Comcast SportsNet Chicago.

William Ligue Jr., this was not.
