White Sox Vs. Indians Final Score: Chicago Wins 10-6

The Chicago White Sox scored nearly all of their runs during two separate innings, but they did more than enough in a 10-6 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday afternoon. The White Sox were able to get to Indians starter Justin Masterson early in the game before tacking on some extra runs against Cleveland's middle relievers.

A four-run first inning off of Masterson allowed the White Sox to take a 5-4 lead into the sixth inning, which is where a pair of home runs allowed Chicago to pull away a bit. After a two-run homer by Alejandro De Aza early in the inning expanded Chicago's lead to three runs, the Indians intentionally walked Paul Konerko with two outs in order to get to A.J. Pierzynski.

With two men on, Pierzynski launched a three-run homer off Cleveland's Rafael Perez to give the White Sox a six-run lead. Although Will Ohman gave up a two-run homer to Shelley Duncan in the seventh inning to trim the lead to four runs, Jesse Crain and Matt Thornton were able to finish off the final two innings without trouble.

The victory pushes Chicago up to 3-2 on the season, the first time that the White Sox have been above .500 in 2012. We'll see how long they can stay there.
