Chicago White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez -- who left Cuba in 2007 and joined the Sox in 2008 -- said Tuesday that he does not agree with Ozzie Guillen's opinion of Fidel Castro, but also that also said he hopes that Guillen's apology will be accepted.
"Apologizing is definitely a big first step," said Ramirez, who played for Cuba in the Athens Olympics. "Everyone has their opinion. But I also feel people should be forgiven. So if he's going to apologize, I feel that hopefully he'll be accepted."
