It's about a month before pitchers and catchers report for spring training, but bench coach Joey Cora is already helping some White Sox players get into baseball shape and work on fundamentals.
↵↵Cora is hosting "Camp Cora" at Florida International University in Miami. Players attending include Gordon Beckham, Ramon Castro, Brent Morel, Alexei Ramirez, Alex Rios and Dayan Viciedo. According to ESPN Chicago, Juan Pierre and A.J. Pierzynski are also participating, and hitting coach Greg Walker is helping out.
