In a battle between the two worst teams in the MLB, the Chicago Cubs will go for their fifth consecutive win against the Houston Astros. Prior to their four-game winning streak, the Cubs had lost six games in a row.
Chicago will send Justin Germano to the hill, hoping he can finally emerge as a reliable option. The righty has really struggled lately, losing four starts in a row, while posting an 11.09 ERA in that span. The Cubs acquired Germano from the Boston Red Sox in July.
He will take on Jordan Lyles, who has had his share of difficulties as well. Lyles is 3-11 with a 5.55 ERA.
Tuesday's game will begin at 7:05 CT, and can be found on WCIU.
