According to the Atlanta Braves beat writer Mark Bowman, the Chicago Cubs have sent SP Ryan Dempster to the Braves:
Confirmed Ryan Dempster is coming to the Braves.Still trying to confirm details but Delgado could be on the other end of the deal

The Cubs had been shopping Dempster for several weeks, and they appear to have acquired at least SP Randall Delgado in return.
The 22-year-old Delgado ranked as one of the team's top prospects heading into the 2012 MLB season, but has scuffled a little at the major league level -- through 17 starts and 91 and 2/3 innings pitched, Delgado has a 4.42 ERA and 4.11 FIP.
According to prospect analyst Marc Hulet, Delgado has the potential to become a middle-of-the-rotation starter:
Delgado has a big, strong pitcher’s frame and has provided at least 120 innings in each of his three full seasons. He has a little work to do with his control and overall consistency before he becomes a workhorse No. 2 or 3 starter for the Braves ... His repertoire includes a low-90s fastball that can hit the mid 90s. Both his curveball and changeup have the potential to be above-average weapons.
