The Chicago Cubs (36-52) take on the Miami Marlins (43-46) Tuesday night, looking to remain undefeated since the All-Star break. The team has won four straight games and 10 of their previous 13. And SP Travis Wood has a winning streak of his own.
After beginning the season 0-3, Wood has managed to win his last 4 starts to post a 4-3 record on the season. The 25-year-old lefty will aim to limit his walks on Tuesday -- as his 9.6 percent walk-rate is a cause for concern -- but the Marlins, who walk at a respectable 8.5 percent rate, will not offer him much help in that department.
