2012 MLB Draft, Day 3: Cubs Have Made 31 Selections So Far This Year

After loading up on pitchers early, the Chicago Cubs have diversified their selections a bit more in the late going on this year's MLB Draft. With rounds 16 through 40 going down on Wednesday, Theo Epstein and company have continued their efforts to rebuild a farm system that was lacking under Jim Hendry.
