2012 MLB Mock Draft: Cubs Zeroing In On Albert Almora, Per Keith Law

At No. 6 overall, there's a chance that the Chicago Cubs will miss out on a player that they may be targeting. According to ESPN's Keith Law, that player is Miami high school center fielder Albert Almora, who is seen by some as not too far off of consensus top-two pick Byron Buxton. And if Law's newest mock draft holds water, Theo Epstein and Jed Hoyer will get who is reportedly their man:

Albert Almora, CF, Mater Academy Charter (Hialeah Gardens, Fla.)
This is the closest thing we have to a lock in the top 10. Almora is the rare high school player with a strong combination of polish and ceiling.
