Cubs Vs. Brewers Final Score: Chicago Wins Spring Training Finale, 5-3

Starlin Castro hit a two-run home run in the first inning to give the Chicago Cubs a lead they would not relinquish en route to a 5-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday afternoon. It was the final game of spring training for the Cubs, who now must prepare for their season-opener against the Washington Nationals on Thursday.

Travis Wood got the start on the mound for Chicago and pitched six innings, allowing one run on six hits while striking out four.

After the two-run first fueled by Castro, Chicago got two more in the second and one in the fifth, which came on a solo shot from Alfredo Amezaga.
