The Chicago Cubs (1-5) send out a pair of reserves against the Milwaukee Brewers (4-2) on Thursday afternoon. With SP Zach Greinke on the mound, Cubs manager Dale Sveum has elected to start backups C Steve Clevenger and OF Reed Johnson. They two reserves take the place of C Geovany Soto and CF Marlon Byrd, both Byrd and Soto have started the season a little cold, collecting only 4 hits in a combined 42 plate appearances.
