Cubs Vs. Rockies Final Score: Alfonso Soriano Hits 2 HR As Chicago Rolls 11-4

The Chicago Cubs bounced back from a loss on Monday to Oakland to defeat the Colorado Rockies 11-4 on Tuesday afternoon. Between Alfonso Soriano's two home runs and a three-run shot by Brett Jackson, the Cubs had no trouble scoring runs, and by the end of the fifth inning, they had a 9-3 lead.

Soriano finished 3-3 at the plate, while Anthony Rizzo and Welington Castillo had two hits apiece. Matt Garza started on the mound and gave up two runs on three hits in two innings of work.

The Cubs return to action on Wednesday against Kansas City.
