Like every team in the major leagues, the Chicago Cubs have some young players in camp for spring training. In this brief video below from CSN Chicago, manager Dale Sveum talks about how to handle the presence of young players who are trying to come in and make an impression on the organization.

Sveum says that the more laid back nature of his coaching staff should help with the younger guys, since the staff isn't going to "beat 'em up mentally."
The Cubs open up Cactus League play against the Oakland Athletics on March 4.
