The Chicago Bulls defeated the Miami Heat, 96-89, on Friday but that didn`t stop head Tom Thibodeau from praising LeBron James, according to Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago.

James had 30 points, six rebounds and two assists on 8-of-14 shooting from the field against the Bulls.

Thibodeau said James has had a "remarkable career" while praising him for getting better every year. Apart from his talent, Thibodeau praised James' intelligence, work ethic and ability to add to his game each and every year.

Thibodeau also applauded James' performance in Cleveland as he feels that he played at an extremely high level, but didn`t have enough help around him to win a championship.

James is the reigning most valuable player of the league and is averaging 26.6 points, 8.5 rebounds and 6.9 assists while shooting 54.5 percent from the floor this season. The Heat have opened the season with a 22-9 record and are currently in first place in the Eastern Conference.
