Chicago Bulls Interested In Anthony Tolliver, According To Report

The Chicago Bulls may not be done tweaking their 2012-2013 roster. According to Chris Tomasson of FSN Florida, the Bulls have interest in free agent forward Anthony Tolliver, who spent the last two seasons as a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Bulls, though, are not alone. Along with Minnesota, the Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers and Washington Wizards are also looking into acquiring Tolliver.

Tolliver is coming off of a down year in 2011-2012. In 17 minutes per game across 51 games last season, Tolliver averaged only four points and three rebounds. Tolliver, a career 42-percent shooter from the field and 32-percent shooter from three, shot only 39 percent from the field and 24 percent from three last season.

That said, Tolliver is a veteran with a minimal track record who is expected to take the veteran minimum. That is an attractive end-of-bench option for many NBA teams.
