Chicago Bulls Target Randy Foye Signs With Utah Jazz

The Chicago Bulls are close to completing their roster for the 2012-2013 season, though the team could still ink one or two more players to minimum contracts before the campaign begins. Chicago signed guard Marco Belinelli to the bi-annual exception on Monday, and was reportedly still interested in Randy Foye last night before the guard agreed to a one-year contract with the Utah Jazz. Foye, a 6-foot-4 combo guard who was draft No. 7 overall in the 2006, played 65 games for the Los Angeles Clippers last season, averaging 11 points and 2.2 assists per game.
