NBA Mock Draft 2012: Chicago Bulls Take PG Tyshawn Taylor In Latest Projection By Jeff Goodman

The point guard situation for the Chicago Bulls is majorly unresolved heading into next season. Superstar Derrick Rose will miss at least the first half of the season rehabbing a torn ACL. Backups C.J. Watson and John Lucas III are also free agents, with the team holding a $3.2 million option on the former.

Because of all the uncertainly surrounding the position, Jeff Goodman of CBS Sports thinks the Bulls will address the point guard situation with their only pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, No. 29 overall. Goodman thinks Chicago is taking Tyshawn Taylor of the Kansas Jayhawks.

Tyshawn Taylor, PG, Kansas: The Bulls could use a backup for Derrick Rose. Taylor is fast, tough and has four years of college experience at Kansas.
