Joakim Noah Injury: Bulls C Out Of Starting Lineup For Game 5, 'Most Likely' Just Out

Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah suffered a severely sprained ankle in Game 3 of Chicago's first round series against the Philadelphia 76ers, and he is still out for Game 5. Head coach Tom Thibodeau stated Noah is "most likely out" for the game, but Omer Asik will make the start and Noah is still in a walking boot, so K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune is reporting that Noah is out for Game 5.

The Bulls are on the brink of elimination from the 2012 NBA Playoffs after losing Derrick Rose to an ACL injury and then Noah to his ankle issue, so once against Chicago will have to play short-handed against a Sixers team that holds a 3-1 series lead going into Tuesday's Game 5 at the United Center.
