Following the Chicago Bulls' 89-82 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 4, Tom Thibodeau addressed the media and spoke about his belief that they could still turn things around. He touches on his team's effort level -- they're "fighting" but still could work harder -- as well as the Bulls' frontcourt in the absence of Joakim Noah. The series resumes on Tuesday night in Chicago. The Bulls are expected to be without Joakim Noah, who is dealing with a severely sprained ankle.
