The Chicago Bulls have already replaced Derrick Rose in their starting line up, and now they'll have to do the same with Joakim Noah. Noah, the Bulls starting center and its backbone defensively, badly turned his ankle in Game 3 and will be out for Game 4 and likely beyond. Head coach Tom Thibodeau has been mum on who will replace Noah in the starting line up, but all indications are that back up center Omer Asik will slide up.
#Bulls Asik likely to start in place of Noah today's game 4 vs #Sixers. Asik avg 14.7 min per GM, Thibs says its a gametime decision

Bumping Asik up is the obvious move for Thibodeau, though he could choose to start Taj Gibson if he's more concerned with the Bulls' offense than its defense.
