The Chicago Bulls entered the postseason with the hopes of winning an NBA Championship. However, a string of injuries has put a severe dent in that dream, with the Bulls now focused on avoiding being upset by the Philadelphia 76ers. This task looks like it will be even more difficult with the news that Joakim Noah will miss Game 4 on Sunday. According to K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, Noah does not have a fracture, but is doubtful to return this series:
@KCJHoop: Thibodeau confirms no fracture for Noah. Bad ankle sprain. Doubtful for series.#Bulls
The loss of Noah may be too much to overcome for the Bulls. Noah is the emotional leader in the paint and has been extraordinarily productive in the first three games against the 76ers, scoring in double-figures in each of the games.
