When it rains, it pours. The Chicago Bulls, already missing star point guard Derrick Rose for the remainder of the 2012 playoffs and beyond, are now having to deal with an injury to center Joakim Noah, who reportedly sprained his left ankle in the third quarter of Game 3.
Noah was able to get up off the floor and was able to briefly return to the game. But the pain was too much, and he returned to the locker room shortly thereafter.
Joakim Noah tried to play through sprained left ankle. Couldn't do it. Just limped to locker room, Asik comes on at center.

Noah leaves the game having put up 10 points and seven rebounds in 24 minutes.
