The Chicago Bulls are leading 67-66 over the Boston Celtics going into the fourth quarter on Thursday night following a pair of last-second free throws from Luol Deng. The Bulls trailed by 11 points coming into the third quarter but things finally began to come together for the team after the halftime break.
After a rough offensive performance in the first half, the Bulls showed some improvement while locking down defensively. With some more shots falling and a stronger defensive effort, Chicago has managed to take the lead after trailing for most of the game.
Joakim Noah and C.J. Watson lead Chicago with 15 points apiece so far. Carlos Boozer has a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds, plus Deng has 14 points and four steals. Paul Pierce has 21 points and six rebounds to lead Boston. Rajon Rondo has just eight points but he's dished 11 assists.
