2012 NBA Playoffs, Bulls Vs. 76ers Score Update: Chicago Leads By 4 After 1st Quarter

The Chicago Bulls lead the Philadelphia 76ers 28-24 after the first quarter in the first game of their opening round series in the 2012 NBA Playoffs. Top-seeded Chicago enters as a heavy favorite in the first round, and thus far Tom Thibodeau's team is showing why most expect the Bulls to run past Philadelphia in the opening round.

Richard Hamilton had an excellent first quarter for Chicago, which is very encouraging for Bulls fans. Hamilton scored 11 points on 4-of-4 shooting.

Luol Deng and Carlos Boozer each have four points and three rebounds for Chicago at the end of one quarter.

Elton Brand leads the 76ers with eight points.
