Bulls Vs. Heat Score Update: Chicago Trails 42-40 At Halftime

The Chicago Bulls are trailing 42-40 at halftime in their final regular season match-up against the Miami Heat on Thursday night. Both teams shot well early but the offenses fell flat in the second period as neither team could score with ease in a tightly contested game.

Without Derrick Rose, the Bulls have had to distribute the scoring load. They're shooting 43 percent from the field so far, compared to 42 percent by Miami, but haven't had their usual advantage on the boards. Chicago has just three offensive rebounds thus far and the Heat have a 22-16 advantage on rebounds overall.

Joakim Noah leads the Bulls with 11 points on 4-of-4 shooting in addition to grabbing three rebounds. Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer and John Lucas III have added eight points apiece. LeBron James leads Miami with 19 points and seven rebounds.
