Bulls Vs. Heat: Derrick Rose Won't Play, But Luol Deng Is Back In The Lineup

About an hour before game time on Thursday, Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau announced that point guard Derrick Rose will not play against the Miami Heat, but Luol Deng will be back in the rotation after a two-game hiatus.

Deng was forced to sit after taking a shot to the ribs on Sunday that left him with lingering soreness. Rose is recovering from a foot injury, which is just the latest in a long list of injury setbacks for him this season. He's played in just three games in April -- three of the team's last 18 games overall.
