Bulls Vs. Pistons Final Score: Chicago Wins 100-94 In Overtime

Thanks to a clutch three-pointer from Bulls point guard Derrick Rose in the waning moments of regulation, Chicago was able to force the game into overtime and ultimately overcome the Detroit Pistons, 100-94. Rose finished with a team-high 24 points on 9-22 shooting and added nine assists, though he did turn the ball over seven times.

Joakim Noah scored 20 points and grabbed 17 rebounds -- 13 of them at the offensive end -- while Carlos Boozer added 15 points.

Rodney Stuckey led Detroit with 32 points and a trio of Pistons scored 13 points each.
