Richard Hamilton had a brilliant third quarter. Hamilton finished the third with 20 points, five assists and four rebounds. Luol Deng has 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Backup point guard John Lucas and center Joakim Noah each have seven points. Carlos Boozer has eight points and eight rebounds.
Carmelo Anthony leads New York with 20 points. J.R. Smith has nine points for New York. Tyson Chandler and Baron Davis each have eight points after three quarter for the Knicks.
