Knicks Vs. Bulls Score Update: Chicago Trails 25-22 After 1st Quarter

The New York Knicks handed the Chicago Bulls their third loss in four games on Sunday, a defeat that also included a new ankle to star point guard Derrick Rose. Rose is out for tonight's rematch, and after the first quarter, the Knicks lead 25-22 at the United Center.

Carmelo Anthony, who scored a season-high 43 points against Chicago on Sunday, leads the Knicks with 11 points after the first quarter. Guard Landry Fields has seven points and three rebounds for New York. Baron Davis has five points.

Luol Deng leads Chicago with eight points and two rebounds. Joakim Noah and C.J. Watson each have four points after the first quarter for the Bulls. Shooting guard Richard Hamilton has four assists, two rebounds, and two points.

The Knicks shot 11-of-19 from the floor, 57 percent. Chicago shot 43 percent, going 10-of-23.
