The Derrick Rose-less Chicago Bulls are leading 27-23 over the Toronto Raptors after one quarter on Wednesday night. The Bulls did a strong job of rebounding in the first quarter and got solid shooting across the board.
So far, Chicago has a 13-8 advantage on rebounds while knocking down 50 percent of its shots, allowing the Bulls to survive even without their star player. Toronto is also shooting 50 percent so far from the field, but they haven't made any three-point shots and have just one free throw attempt.
Luol Deng leads the Bulls with 10 points on 3-of-4 shooting. DeMar DeRozan leads Toronto with 11 points so far.
